Wojciech Ciesielski, Chairman of the Board
MA in Legal Science, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, barrister. Employed by the District Court in Kielce as a judge’s trainee during 1987-1990. He passed his judge examination in 1990. Since 1990, he performed the following functions in the group of Michał Sołowow’s companies: Head of Legal Team, Procurator, Member of Management Boards, Member of Supervisory Boards. During 2002-2004 he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of ‘Orbis’. Presently a Member of the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A. On the 25th of June 2007 called up to be a member of Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A.
Andrzej Majcher, Vice-President of the Board
M.Eng., graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics at the Kielce University of Technology. From 1987 to 1991, he was employed at the Agricultural Building Engineering Company in Białobrzegi as chief mechanic. From June 1991, he was a manager of group of works at MITEX Civil Engineering Company of Kielce. From Septemper 1993, he was Vice-President of ECHO PRESS Sp. z o.o., where he became Executive Director in November 1993. From June 30, 1994 to March 26, 2007, he was President of the Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. On the 29th of May 2007 called up to be a member of Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A. Mariusz Waniołka, Member of the Board
MA in Economic Science, graduated from the Cracow University of Economics. During the years 1994-1996 he worked for PepsiCo Trading Sp. z o.o., including the position of Financial Director. From November 1996 to June 2001 he was the Financial Director of NOMI S.A. of Kielce, Vice-President of the Management Board of NOMI S.A. since December 1997. Presently, he is the Administrative Director at Columbus Pro-Equity Fund II sp. z o.o. Member of the Supervisory Boards of Cersanit S.A., Barlinek S.A., Ultra Pack S.A. On the 6th of April 2004 called up to be a member of Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A.
Tomasz Kalwat, Member of the Board
Barrister, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Warsaw University, Faculty of Banking and Finance of the Warsaw School of Economics, and the University of Ottawa. He received the Edward Berry McDougall Scholarship. Author of publication entitled ‘Consolidated financial statements’ and articles in Przegląd Prawa Handlowego [Commercial Law Review] and Rejent [Notary Public]. Presently a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Warsaw University. His career path includes work in such companies as Altehimer&Gray (2001-2002), GleissLutz (2002-2003), Baker&McKenzie (2004-2006). On the 30th of May 2006 called up to be a member of Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A.
Karol Żbikowski, Member of the Board
MA, graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, Faculty of Foreign Trade, and post-graduate studies in Investment Banking, London Guildhall University Program at the Banking Academy of Gdańsk and the University of Gdańsk. In 1994, he obtained stockbroker’s license. During the years 1994-1997 he worked for Bank Handlowy w Warszawie – Center of Capital Operations. From 1997 to 2003, he worked for Societe Generale Securities Polska, where he was a Member of the Management Board during 1997-1998 and President of the Management Board from 1999 to 2003. During 2003-2005 he was an advisor at Enterprise Investors and during 2004-2005 a partner at Investor Relations Partners. In 2005 he was an advisor for the Management Board of Orbis S.A. Since December 2005, he has worked for Unicredit CAIB Group – President of the Management Board of IR Services Sp. z o.o., since October 2006 – Managing Director at Unicredit Markets & Investment Banking. He was a member of the supervisory boards of the following companies: Grupa Kapitałowa Fasing SA, Elektrim Telekomunikacja sp z o.o., Cersanit SA. and WSiP S.A. Presently a member of the Management Board of WSiP S.A. and of Vice Chairman of Supervisory Board of Elektrobudowa S.A. On the 6th of April 2007 called up to be a member of Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A.
Robert Oskard, Member of the Board
MA, graduated from the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics of the Warsaw University of Technology. During the years 1987-1990, he worked at Iskra Rolling Bearings Factory. Then, from 1990 to 1992 he worked at the Provincial Office in Kielce. During the years 1992 to 2000, he worked for Exbud S.A., where his last post was that of the Managing Systems Office Director. From 2000 to 2002, he held the post of Strategic Projects Director at Echo Investment S.A. Presently Managing Director at Columbus Pro-Equity Fund II Sp. z o.o. and President of the Management Board of North Fish Polska Sp. z o.o. He is also a Management Board Member at Projekt Echo – 23 Sp. z o.o. of Kielce and a member of the Supervisory Board of Dvarcioniu Keramika of Vilnius. On the 6th of April 2007 called up to be a member of Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A.
